Boardroom’s white-labeled platform automatically sends a number of system emails to keep your clients informed about important events—such as account setup, data syncing, and scheduled reporting. Below is a summary of each email type, what it communicates, and the event that triggers it.
| Email Name | Description | Trigger |
|---|---|---|
| Account Invitation | Invites a new user to create an account under your white-labeled workspace. Includes setup instructions and a secure sign-up link. | Manually sent by your agency from the Admin Panel. |
| Store Data Synced (Shopify/Amazon) | Notifies the user that their store data has finished syncing and is now available inside their dashboard. | Automatically sent when a user connects a Shopify or Amazon store and the initial sync completes. |
| Ad Account Data Synced | Confirms that advertising data is ready to view. Applies to Meta (Facebook), Google, TikTok, or Amazon Ads accounts. | Automatically sent when an ad account is connected and the data sync completes. |
| Other Account Syncing Emails | Alerts the user when additional connected accounts—such as GA4 or QuickBooks—finish syncing and are ready for use. | Automatically sent when GA4 or QuickBooks data sync completes. |
| Scheduled KPI or P&L Report | Delivers either a one-time or recurring email report created by the user. Contains the KPIs or financial summaries configured in their dashboard. | Triggered when a user sets up a scheduled report (one-time or recurring). |
