If you encounter issues when syncing your Shopify store, it is most often because you've already installed the Boardroom app in Shopify and there was an error.


Please follow these steps, which resolve the issue in 90% of cases:


  1. IMPORTANT: Log into Shopify and uninstall Boardroom. To do this, go to Shopify Settings > Apps and Sales Channels to see if "Boardroom" is installed. Click the "uninstall" button. This is a crucial first step!

  2. Log into Boardroom at this link using your email and password that you created when you signed up.

  3. From the Boardroom app Home page, click "Actions" then "Sync a Store". Or, go directly to this link.

  4. Follow the prompts there to install the app from within your Boardroom account, or see this article for a detailed walkthrough.
